How do we continuously improve our resources?
We have a rigorous Continuous Improvement System where feedback from auditors, trainers, industry professionals and compliance professionals is used to improve and update our resources.

For purchasers of the Skin Deep Learning System, a Continuous Improvement Report is provided on an annual basis. The Continuous Improvement Report outlines the updates and version changes that have taken place.

All current purchasers of the Skin Deep Learning system will receive this report in early December.

What is our continuous improvement process?
Skin Deep Learning receives feedback throughout the calendar year. The feedback is documented and managed by a Continuous Improvement process. Skin Deep Learning convenes a Compliance Committee Meeting in which all Continuous Improvement Reports are reviewed and considered. If any matters are considered significant, the Compliance Committee makes an immediate recommendation for correction to the Board of Skin Deep Learning. If the feedback results in a minor change, that change is made as part of Skin Deep Learning Continuous Improvement but is released as part of the updated version of that document at the beginning of each calendar year.
