Like many businesses, we have seen a significant increase in printing and production costs over the past few years. We know how important pricing is to RTOs, so we have been looking carefully at how we can keep any price increases as small as possible.

There will be a small increase to our resource pricing for 2027, but rather than simply passing increased printing costs on to our customers, we are looking at some changes to the way we produce our hard copy resources.

One of the biggest opportunities to keep pricing down is to stop printing individual units that come as part of a cluster. Clustering units together in one book is significantly more cost-effective than producing and holding separate printed books for every individual unit.

From 2027, where units are already available as part of a hard copy cluster, we will no longer routinely print those units as individual books. If RTOs require units from cluster books individually, we will offer those units online rather than hardcopy.  

This allows us to reduce unnecessary printing and stock holding costs and, most importantly, keep our hard copy pricing as affordable as we can.
